MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? WHY?

If your order does not arrive by 14 days business days from the order date, please contact us at hello@hourglasscult.com.

I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS? 

We ship directly from California, using different carriers, so some items may arrive sooner than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us at hello@hourglasscult.com with your name and order number.

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________? 

If you plan on gifting one of our items, we do not recommend ordering during the month when the occasion is happening, as there is a risk of the item(s) not arriving on time. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

Why do you only go up to size Large? 

We regret to inform you that during production, our manufacturer was not able to meet our quality standards for sizes XL - XXL. We are working on finding a new manufacturer that will accommodate sizes XL - XXL and meet our quality protocol.
